NECK

HIP & LEG
- Ilio Tibial Band Syndrome (ITBS)
- Groin strains
- Abdominal strains referring pain to the hip
- Hamstring, Quadricep (thigh) strains
- Calf strains
- Achilles tendon injuries
- ‘Shin splints’ (an outdated term referring to a variety of specific conditions)
KNEE
- Runners knee
- ITBS (as per the hip, it can be felt anywhere between the hip and outer knee)
- Medial / Inner knee pain (usually the Medial Collateral Ligament – MCL)
- Patella mal-tracking
- Patella tendinopathy
- Osgood Schlatters Disease, Sinding Larsen Johanson Disease (usually mid-late teenage years) Bursitis
- Rehabilitation following surgery – Eg, ACL repair, arthroscopy to remove worn / damaged cartilage
FOOT & ANKLE
- Sprains / inversion injuries
- Over pronation / over supination injuries
- Flat arches / high arches
- Plantar fasciitis
- Post-surgery / plaster removal
